Accounts, Public Links, And Guests
Users are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and activity under their account. Public-link owners are responsible for how they share links and manage settings. Guests may be asked for name/email and must use BongaSafe lawfully and respectfully.
Translation And AI Disclaimer
BongaSafe translations, transcripts, OCR, summaries, SmartScan output, and generated audio may contain mistakes, omissions, wrong tone, wrong language, or inaccurate meaning. BongaSafe does not guarantee perfect translation. Users should verify important content with a qualified human professional before relying on it for legal, medical, financial, immigration, emergency, safety-critical, or official purposes.
No Emergency Use
BongaSafe is not an emergency service. Users should call local emergency services for urgent danger, medical emergencies, fire, crime, or immediate safety threats.
User Content And Acceptable Use
Users keep ownership of their content and grant BongaSafe permission to process submitted content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law. Users may not break the law, harass or abuse others, share illegal content, impersonate others, send spam or fraud, violate rights, interfere with systems, abuse referrals/promos/billing/units/support, or use BongaSafe for high-risk decisions without proper human review.
Billing, Referrals, Support, And Third Parties
Paid features may require units, top-ups, or subscriptions. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout or billing pages. Referral, promo, and partner rewards are subject to eligibility, verification, abuse prevention, approval, and program rules.
