Provider Categories

  • Hosting and infrastructure: application hosting, edge delivery, logs, and operational reliability.
  • Database and storage: databases, object storage, backups, and file handling needed for messages, scans, uploads, and support records.
  • Payment processor: Stripe is used for payments, subscriptions, checkout, receipts, and payment metadata.
  • AI, translation, transcription, OCR, and TTS providers: OpenAI or configured AI providers may process submitted text, audio, images, OCR inputs, translations, transcripts, and translated audio requests when users request those features.
  • Email, support, security, and analytics: providers may support transactional email, support workflows, anti-abuse, diagnostics, and analytics if configured.

Data Minimization

BongaSafe shares only information needed for the provider to perform the requested service, operate the product, process payments, secure the service, or provide support. Sensitive internal secrets and private infrastructure identifiers are not published on this page.

Updates

This list will be updated as BongaSafe finalizes launch operations or adds providers. Users may submit a privacy request for questions about provider processing.
